Prepping fresh meals and snacks is totally worth your time and effort, and it's one of the most critical keys to success in the Wake Up. Rock It. Repeat. lifestyle. However, I know as well as anyone that life can be hectic, and sometimes you have to just grab and go! Costco is a mainstay of my family routine, and I've searched the wholesale club's aisles to find the HEALTHIEST snack & school lunch options for your family.
1.) Kirkland Unsalted Cashews These are always a good idea. It's a healthy fat and protein. I like this snack because I can keep them in a zip lock bag and they don't have to be kept cold.
2.) Good Foods, Mango Quinoa Salad This one is great for busy moms that want a little more nutrients out of an on-the-go snack.
3.) RW Garcia, Organic Sweet Potato Crackers Crackers are a staple in our pantry. These are crispy and sweet.
4.) Babybel This cheese is packaged great for taking along, and is also yummy paired up with the sweet potato crackers.
5.) Organic WholeFruit Frozen Juice These are awesome! My kids love all three flavors and I don't feel the guilt of giving them a junky popsicle.
6.) Terra Real Vegetable Chips A great alternative to greasy potato chips.
7.) Mann's Sugar Snap Peas These are pre-washed and ready to eat all by itself.
8.) Made Good Granola Minis I love the perfect size pre-packaged bags this one has to offer.
9.) Good Foods Chunky Guacamole This is a perfect pre-made snack size of yummy vegetables. Avacado is ALWAYS a good idea!
10.) Tangerines There are tons of vitamins in this snack, but I especially love the low maintenance of this fruit. You can peel when you are ready to eat it and its already divided into perfect bites! Awesome Fruit!
