Breeze’s No-Bake “Rock It” Energy Bites

 

  • 1 C steel cut oats
  • 1/2 C dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 C ground flax seed
  • 1/4 C chia seeds
  • 1/2 C coconut flakes
  • 1/2 C nut butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract

-Combine all ingredients in a bowl
-Refrigerate for one hour
-Form balls using your hands, arrange on a baking sheet and store in the fridge!
